This places it in the same category as heroin and LSD under Florida law.

The emergency rule empowers law enforcement and regulatory agencies in Florida to begin immediate enforcement and remove these products from retail locations statewide. Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson urged retailers to comply with the ban and warned that his office would seize products.
